Often in The Pearl, Kino was filled with songs that played in his head representing his mood. I can personally relate to this because music is something that can change a persons mood just like that.
Many times after a bad day I can go home and just listen to music and forget about everything that made me upset. Each song can make you feel a different way.
For me that would be the most interesting part of music production, the ability to set the mood your listeners feelings. To share feelings through sound is amazing to me.
That's one of the ways you can tell a good song from a great song.
The mood a song creates is everything.
