Visually A-Pearling - Brandon Jobson

Visually A-Pearling

This collage of images repressnt the events occurring in The Pearl.

I chose the top left picture because it is displaying the book I am reading for this Blog post.

Second image of the beach is significate to the story because it is where Kino and Juana live with their baby. It looks nice however, it's no where near how the rich citizens live. You can find them located in The in City of Stone and Plaster

The part in the story where the baby is stung by the deadly scorpion is shown by the third and the fourth image. This is a big part of The Pearl and this is th main reason Kino goes to look for the pearl.

The last two images represent Kino takes his canoe to find the pearl to help his child and how he is successful doing so.

  1. Good - try and incorporate quotes where possible to show your understanding. Your title is clever! Be sure to check for spelling before publishing. The pictures are well suited to your explanations.
